Y’see,
this is what this blog should be all about: intelligent discussion, debate, holding forth on the issues of the day. Instead, it’s more like a desert of drear, dotted with the occasional oasis of insight. Problem is, my mind is utterly consumed with pointless ephemera; when it does alight on a more serious topic, it all-too-soon flits away again, like a sparrow momentarily attracted by a crumb which turns out to be a pebble.
