this is what happens when you don't pay attention. Turns out my blog doesn't hate me. Turns out it did post all of the posts from my other, late, unlamented blog, Move to the Country, as I asked it to, but cunningly disguised them as posts on this blog, thus leading me to think this blog had only partially carried out my command and had in the process deleted some recent posts on this blog. The net result of all this is that now, below this post, you'll find a thoroughly confusing series of posts that will make no sense to anyone, least of all me.
